If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Action-based goals. 

Everyone gets so caught up in their goals. 

Because the goals most people set, 

they leave it all up to chance. 

They set Outcome Based Goals. 

They don’t set concrete Action-Based goals over which they have 100% control. 

Setting these types of goals is the best and should be the only goals to set 

because like I said, 

it’s completely up to you if you truly want to achieve it or not. 

yes, everyone wants to have that $5k - $10k/m goal as well.

But if you focus on that

You’re just distracting yourself from the actions you need to take to actually get there. 

Because I’ve been there setting these massive Outcome-based goals, unconsciously making it harder for myself to achieve it

And at the end of every day, it only leaves you, 

Uncertain, 

drained from any motivation 

and isolated wondering if everything you're doing will be worth it.

So the best place to start is by setting Action-Based Goals 

For every Month, Week, or even every Day. 

Trust me, I still do this it’s way more rewarding, 

I can directly tie my progress every day back to whether I have achieved my daily goal or not. 

That's the way it should be. 

And it will be for you…

Because the goals are here to help you not hurt you. 

So how do you set Action-Based Goals 

Well, 

Let's find out together. 

So comparing action-based to outcome-based goals. 

It’s like having the goal of benching 100kgs or deadlifting 150kgs at the gym. 

Without actionable steps to get you there, the goal is just a distant destination,

And leaves you with a huge mountain to climb with no knowledge or equipment on how to get to the top. 

But action-based goals, however, 

Makes it a lot easier and way more likely that you will end up hitting the goal. 

Your Action-based goal could be benching 3 times a week or deadlifting 5 times a week. 

And that’s actions you can take to make the likelihood of you achieving

Almost 100% certain. 

So go do it for yourself, 

Breakdown your Outcome-based goals into actionable steps you can take every day 

And make it impossible for you to lose
