Here’s the one skill that Elon Musk has...

Anyone successful has this same skill. 

People would see Elon Musk as an absolute exception, 

Which he is, 

but he has mastered this one skill that you can learn, too. 

Once you do, you could be just as unstoppable as him. 

You might think it’s down to his 

• Intelligence
  

• Upbringing
  

• Or luck

Those can be factors, but alongside all of those is his skill of agency that sets him apart. 

Because Elons' IQ is within 150 - 160. 

Which is very gifted.

but, 

Thousands of other people have the same level or even higher. 

So, that simply cannot be why he has become the person he is today. 

Even if his Upbringing was perfect—he was born into a rich family—that still doesn’t determine how he’s made it so far. 

Because there are so many people in rich families that never achieve, like Elon. 

And his luck…

I’d argue that, yes, he has gotten lucky, but to get that luck in the first place, he had to put in all the work before to be prepared for when the right ‘lucky’ opportunity came around. 

So, basing everything on all those external factors, he is no different,

Because you need to realize he is a human like you and me.

The only difference is his Agency. 

Now, what is Agency?

Agency is the tendency to take action to achieve your goals.

That’s the one and only thing he has that is different. 

No external factors because they are just excuses. 

However, his ability to relentlessly take action and maintain an unbreakable focus on his goals is unmatched and that is why he’s in this position. 

If you’re going to remember any of this, let it be this…

Know that anyone on this journey to success feels the same doubt, worry, and stress you are; it’s normal.

Secondly, know that people like Elon are just at a different stage in their journey, but they all started somewhere, and you need to let yourself suck. 

But the main difference between the best and the rest… Is their Agency.
