I Looked Inside The Mind Of High Achievers
The shocking truth about how they think differently...
Beliefs are overlooked…
And I’m going to show you why.
Just because it’s not “practical enough”, doesn’t mean you should skip it.
Your beliefs and thoughts dictate your life, including what you think about, act on, and do daily.
But wouldn’t it be great if you could control how you experience reality?
Well…
You can!
So make sure you stay till the end and implement everything you’re about to read in the next 1-3 minutes because this will be the most important thing you do in your entire journey to success… I promise.
We will uncover how the ultra-successful use this exact process to shift their beliefs and completely change their lives…
And more importantly, how you can too…
It all starts with emotions.
I want you to imagine something embarrassing you‘ve gone through recently.
Try to put yourself in the same situation.
At this point, you should cringe, feeling that pit in your stomach, as if the embarrassing feelings are rushing over you again.
That! Right there, is true visualization.
That is called an experience, and you’ve just replayed that embarrassing experience back in your head.
The craziest part is… your brain can’t tell, it was in your head.
As far as it knows, you just had another embarrassing experience, but why is this important?
Well, I’m glad you asked.
Think of it like a tally: Every time you experience a strong emotion in real life, it’s like adding a point to a tally.
This could be both positive and negative, but the side with more points, is what shapes your perceived reality.
Think of it like a System.
A system consists of Inputs -> Process -> Output -> Feedback -looping back to -> Inputs.
Your beliefs are the process/filter in your system.
Inputs get filtered through your beliefs, as a result, you get an output.
That output then gives feedback for your following input, further solidifying your belief.
Aka. adding another point to the tally, either good or bad.
But how can you swing this cycle to output only good?
For you to shift your belief tally the way you want.
You need to experience and replay a positive emotion around that thing, daily, adding up your tally.
Your beliefs will shift over time as a result, creating change.
So now we need to create your experiences to begin the process…
This requires a lot of critical thought and is difficult, but if you truly know you’re destined for more and want to win… you’ll have no problem taking action.
Step 1- Find the Problem
Write down limiting/ false beliefs you might have around the thing you want to succeed in.
This could be
Making Money,
Playing a Sport,
Public Speaking,
Literally Anything!
Whatever it is, list as many false beliefs as you possibly can. Not just a list of 2 or 3, write down 25 -30 and critically think through everything.
To illustrate this, I’ll list three limiting beliefs people might have about money.
(But you’ll have 25-30)
Making money is hard.
Money is scarce
I can’t be rich.
The best way to find unconscious false beliefs is to look at your actions.
Because it’s impossible to act out of accordance with your beliefs, if you’re stuck, break down your actions, and you’ll find the REAL answers.
For example, if you’re not doing outreach that could mean you don’t believe it’ll work.
Or if you’re not working towards your goals, you might believe you can’t do it.
It can be painful, and it could hurt. That means you’ve found the big limiting beliefs holding you back.
Step 2- The Inversion Exercise
Now simply list the opposite of those limiting beliefs.
It will be wrong, sound not like you, or in your eyes, it won’t be true. (That’s the point)
Taking those examples from earlier and inverting them.
Making money is EASY
Money is ABUNDANT
I WILL be rich.
The thing is, if you genuinely believed everything you’ve just listed to be true, you would act in accordance with it and you will guarantee success.
So how do we genuinely believe the things we’ve listed?
Step 3- Affirmation
You want to use your imagination to create visualized experiences to add points to the tally we discussed earlier.
Now, we need to force these new inverted beliefs into your brain. The goal is to replace the step 1 list with the step 2 list.
If you don’t, you won’t be successful.
You need to create so many positive experiences surrounding these inverted beliefs, that your brain has no choice but to TRULY believe them.
We do this through our imagination and by visualizing a better future.
We want to write out our new beliefs, which you will read out, write down, record, and listen to every morning and night. Do whatever it takes.
You want to pick the ones that stand out to you the most (Pick 10 or fewer); if you pick too many, it won’t work.
What you want to do is attach an emotion to each sentence.
Bringing back those money beliefs, for example.
Making money is easy. I am always excited to learn the skills needed to make endless amounts of it.
Money is abundant, and I can afford anything I want. I feel safe and grateful knowing I can always care for my family.
I am happy knowing I am gifted with the traits to become rich, because I am always willing to learn and open to feedback.
These are examples; it won’t work if you take them; they have to be specific to you.
Once you’ve got them, you can write them out, read them, or record a voice note of you reading them and listen to it. (I recommend doing all 3 to speed up the process.)
After listening, reading, or writing each one, you need to imagine a scenario in which you feel the emotion tied to that belief. For example, you would try to feel excited, safe & grateful, and happy.
Step 4- Act in Accordance
The last step is to do the work, take the actions every day as if you 1000% believe these beliefs and get that positive feedback cycle spinning.
This will positively add to your tally, and over time, you’ll see your life through a different lens.
This was long today, but it was needed.

Because one day, you’ll look back, and all those beliefs and scenarios you now imagine
WILL be YOUR reality.
