The Advice You’ve Been Searching For Is Closer Than You Think

Turns out, your 85-year-old self knows exactly what to do...

Proven by studies

People give better advice than they follow.

How?

They removed their names from the events of a person's life.

And got them to read their own life back to them.

(even though they didn’t know they were reading about themselves)

They were told to give this person advice.

The advice they gave was conflicting and way better than the things the person was doing in their own life.

This is called

The Solomon’s Paradox.

It just proves

People give better advice than they follow.

In saying that

Alex Hormozi has made this perfect strategy

To get the best advice for himself.

Getting the perfect advice needs to include these two factors…

1- They must have Complete Context over their life.

And 2- They must have Completely Aligned Incentives.

The only person that has those two major factors exactly the same as you…

Is YOURSELF.

So when Alex is looking for advice he asks himself.

More specifically

His 85 year old self.

Why?

Because his 85-year-old self has,

many more years of life experience than he has at the current moment.

He has achieved everything he has ever dreamed of.

And the last main reason

His 85-year-old self is thankful.

Because without the thing he is doing right now

The 85-year-old version of him wouldn’t be where he is…

So the trick to escape the feeling of hopelessness,

Feeling stuck and trapped in your journey.

And not feeling understood by anyone…

I want you to,

Open any document

And have a chat with your 85-year-old self.

Act like it’s a message chat.

But you’re both sides of the conversation.

Because your 85-year-old self will give you the advice you truly need.

It sounds crazy

But trust me

Studies have shown it to be true and effective.

And who knows…

It might just give you the clarity and answers you need…

Once you’re 85 years old

You’d look back and be thankful for what you’re doing right now…

Keep Crushing.
